Water, sanitation and hygiene have been focus areas for ISRF’s social research and CSR verticals. It has been found that building water and sanitation infrastructure is relatively easier than getting people to adopt water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) practices. There is a need for rigorous social research to understand barriers, challenges and drivers in the context of WASH behaviour change to achieve robust results. ISRF brings to table its considerable knowledge and experience in social research, design and implementation of behaviour change interventions to make WASH project more effective and sustainable beyond the project tenure.
